CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations
Please be advised that to cancel any wellness appointment we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service and 48 hours notice is required for group booking. Please note that we may charge 50% of the total service on any short notice cancellations or no-show appointments.

Confirmation Policy
You would agree that last-minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our therapists with empty appointment times.  So we request you to keep this in mind and inform us at least 24 hours in advance if the eventuality of a cancellation.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email one week and one day prior to your appointment.  However, if you do not receive an email, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees.  Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.  Payment Options: we accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards.  All prices and services are subject to change.

On our websites, we offer gift cards, appointment booking and retail products for online ordering.  We collect basic personal information on the site in order to facilitate the order and payment process. This information includes name, address, telephone, e-mail, and credit card information.  If a user is unsure about submitting this information online, we would suggest the use of a telephone instead, contact details for these alternatives are posted on the website. We may use this information to contact the purchaser in the event that we need to notify them regarding their order.

Use of Information
We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and do not like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.  We track search terms entered in Search function as one of many measures of what interests our users, but we do not track which terms a particular user enters.

FMK Wellness creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns.  We will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
